You will have two weeks to make the payment. Otherwise, the place will be free for another resident, so do not delay! This payment is as a pre-reservation of a place, followed by the definitive enrollment of the resident and the corresponding payment of the deposit.
This amount is used to cover possible damages and early leavers (before the school year is over). This deposit will be returned at the end of the school year, provided there is no damage caused by the resident and that he or she stayed for the agreed-upon time.
All full-year residents can move into Àgora BCN from September 1. On the day of arrival, residents will be informed of everything they need to live in the residence (hours, room number, internal code, activities, meetings, etc.). We are waiting for you!
At the end of the school year, if there is no damage caused by the resident, and once the agreed-upon period of residency has ended, the security deposit will be returned.
In this case, you must formalize the pre-registration for shorter stays (from 1 to 9 months).

You can choose the type of room you want from the four room types (individual, large individual, double, and large double) as long as the type of room selected is available; if not, you will be offered another option or you can have the preregistration fee returned to you.
For those future residents who don't finish high school, don't pass the university entrance exam, or who don't get accepted at any universities in Barcelona (including the UAB), the preregistration fee and deposit will be returned to you. The fees will be returned once you have provided official documentation that accredits your non-acceptance.
If the future resident unenrolls or voluntarily or for reasons other than those mentioned above decides not to attend university, the preregistration fee will not be returned.
Yes, Àgora BCN is open to the entire university community. We accept students from any university and degree program, high school students, master's, post-graduate, doctoral students, and others.
All rooms have their own telephone connected to the building's switchboard, which provides direct access to the telephone network. Receiving outside calls and making calls between the rooms within the building is free. In order to make calls outside of the building, the resident must previously pay a deposit of €50 in reception (the cost of each call will be subtracted from this amount).
Yes, you can have your own radio, TV, or audio-visual equipment in your room, as long as you respect the residence's quiet hours

There is a weekly cleaning service. Depending on the floor you live on, at the beginning of the school year, you will be informed of the day of the week that the room will be cleaned.
