INFORMATION
Medium Term Stays (3 - 6 months)
* The rate for medium term stays included:
Preregistration (275€ VAT included) + monthly payments + Dipòsit (1.200 €)
- Prices include sheets and towels, and rooms weekly cleanness services.
- ÀGORA BCN will be open to our residents during the Christmas and Easter University period
(according to the academic calendar from University of Barcelona). The residents will have their
rooms and breakfast available to them. The rest of the dinning room services (dinner and/or lunch)
will be also included during these periods (according to the meals the resident chose upon except
dinners on the 24th and 31st of December and the lunch and dinner on the 25th and 26th of December
and 1st of January, which service will not be available. Please be aware the weekly cleanermay be modified during.
